Welcome to Town Farm Art Show, an exhibition of high quality
art and craft, hosted by Christine Bass in her home, studio and garden. The exhibition runs across three days on the
last full weekend in November. In 2019,
the dates are Friday 22 - Sunday 24 November.

Town Farm Art Show always aims for an exciting and varied
mix of artists and makers, handpicked for the quality of their work. Indeed, five of this year's exhibitors are
members of the excellent Bucks Craft Guild. Here's the line-up for 2019:
Christine Bass paints contemporary still lifes and landscapes, often inspired by the surrounding countryside of Bucks, Beds and Herts.
Sophie Bass's intriguing illustrations focus on the themes of music, folktales, womanhood and the cycle of life. Much of her commissioned work is for the music industry.
Susan Day creates delicate, botanically-influenced ceramic lamps, along with porcelain 'landscape' vessels and tableware.
Hazel Godfrey is a willow weaver whose large-scale sculptural pieces enhance many gardens and nature reserves. She uses both traditional and contemporary weaving styles.
Kirsteen Holuj's oxidised, raku and soda-fired pots are inspired by nature and its forms, colours and textures, from seedheads to rocks to winter skies.
Laurie Keck produces stoneware pumpkins, owls, pots and water features to enhance your garden. Another strand of his work is his beautiful, curved, abstract shapes.
Denise Purdy is a printmaker specialising in experimental monotype printing, producing boldly coloured abstract prints.
Holly Warnes prints, embroiders and beads delightful portraits of children, dogs and other animals. She also embellishes found animal and bird skulls.

Kate Wilkinson's desirable, contemporary jewellery combines textured silver with unusual materials such as lava beads, cork and climbing rope.
Rosemary Wright turns elegant wooden bowls and pots which are either milk-painted or 'decorated' with the natural grain and markings of the wood.
