INTRODUCTION 2018
Welcome to Town Farm Art Show at the home and studio of Christine Bass which she opens to the public once a year.
The show is perfectly timed for Christmas. This is your chance to buy that special Christmas gift, unique and handcrafted by professional artists and makers.
Town Farm Art Show always aims for an exciting and varied mix of artists and makers, most of whom live and work in Bucks or the neighbouring counties. Three new artists join us for 2018 and you can see the full line-up below:

Christine Bass paints colourful, contemporary still lifes and landscapes, often inspired by the surrounding countryside of Bucks, Beds & Herts.
Sophie Bass's captivating illustrations focus on the themes of music, folktales, womanhood and the cycle of life.
Susan Day creates delicate, botanically-influenced ceramic lamps, along with porcelain vessels and tableware.
Hazel Godfrey is a willow weaver whose sculptural, decorative and functional pieces are perfect for the garden.
Kirsteen Holuj's dramatic raku and soda-fired pots and stoneware sculpture are inspired by natural forms.
Laurie Keck produces ceramic pumpkins, pots and abstract sculptures to enhance your garden.
Denise Purdy is a printmaker specialising in experimental monotype printing.
Holly Warnes prints, embroiders and beads delightful children's portraits.

Kate Wilkinson's desirable, contemporary jewellery combines textured silver with unusual materials such as lava beads, cork and climbing rope.
Rosemary Wright turns elegant bowls and pots in milk-painted wood.

INTRODUCTION 2017
Welcome to Town Farm Art Show at the home & studio of Christine Bass which she opens to the public once a year. The show always aims for an exciting & varied mix of artists & makers. 2017 brings us Lindsay Waring with her lively wire sculptures of animals and birds. The garden will also be graced by Hazel Godfrey's inventive willow sculpture and basketry, and Laurie Keck's beautiful ceramics. Meanwhile, the house will be full of paintings, illustration, ceramics, woodcarving, woodcraft, jewellery and Egyptian quilts.

Lindsay Waring's wire sculptures of animals and birds capture the form and the movement of these wild creatures.
Mick Waterhouse's woodcarvings range in subject from the Green Man to local wildlife to the human figure.
Kate Wilkinson's desirable, contemporary jewellery combines textured silver with unusual materials such as lava beads, cork & climbing rope.
